1. Installation Process
2. Key points for anti-static floor construction
1. Use ink lines to calculate the placement of the floor bracket, that is, the intersection of the vertical and horizontal grids on the ground. The height of the movable floor minus the thickness of the panel block is used as the standard point, which is drawn on each wall. At these standard points, nails are driven and wires are drawn. The position of the wires is arranged according to the ink lines on the ground. The purpose of the wires is to ensure that the floor movable bracket can be installed and adjusted accurately to achieve the level of the floor erection.
2. Adjust the height of the top surface of the bracket. The adjustment method depends on the actual situation of the product. Some are equipped with a rotatable screw, and some are locking screws. Use the corresponding method to adjust the height of the bracket so that its top surface is level with the pull wire, and then lock its movable structure.
3. Install the support strips Use a level to level the installed brackets point by point, and use a level to calibrate the trays of each bracket, then you can set up the floor support strips between the brackets. The strip installation is carried out according to the different types of supporting products for the raised floor and the relevant requirements of the instructions. The connection between the strips and the floor brackets can be fixed with flat head screws, or with positioning pins, or with rubber sealing strips.
4. Install the panel. Place the movable floor blocks on the assembled row grid frame. Pay attention to the size error of the finished floor blocks. If the size is accurate, install it in the exposed part. If it is not accurate enough, install it in the place where the equipment and furniture are placed or other more concealed parts. For anti-static movable floors, the gaps between the floor and the surrounding wall and column surfaces must be tight. If the joints are small, they can be filled and sealed with foam plastic; if the gaps are large, wooden strips should be used for inlay. Some designs require the row grids to be fixed to the pre-buried iron parts in the four walls or columns. At this time, the connecting plates and the row grids can be connected by bolts or welding. After the various pipelines under the floor are in place, the movable floor blocks can be installed. The installation of the floor blocks requires that the perimeter is straight, the glue, nails or pins are tight, and the joints are uniform and consistent without obvious height differences.
3. Maintenance and care
1. When placing heavy objects on the raised floor, avoid dragging the heavy objects on the floor, and the contact surface should not be too small. When heavy objects must be placed, wooden boards should be used as padding. When the concentrated load caused by heavy objects is too large, brackets should be used to strengthen the load points.
2. When walking or working on the floor, do not wear shoes with metal nails, and do not scratch or knock the floor surface with sharp or hard objects.
3. To clean the floor surface, you can wipe it with a soft cloth dipped in detergent, and then wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Do not use a floor mop dipped in water to scrub it to prevent water from entering the corners of the floor and affecting its service life.
4. For daily cleaning of anti-static raised floors, a vacuum cleaner should be used to prevent dust from flying and falling into the gaps between the boards, which would affect the anti-static performance.
5. To ensure the floor is clean, you can wipe the floor
